Surah An Nasr is the 110th chapter of the Qur’an, consisting of three verses. It is often regarded as the last complete Surah revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. The chapter foretells the victory of Islam and the conquest of Mecca, after which large numbers of people would embrace Islam.
It serves as a reminder to praise Allah and seek His forgiveness, even in moments of triumph. The Surah emphasizes humility, gratitude, and the importance of turning to Allah in repentance, acknowledging that all success comes from Him. It is a powerful reflection on the conclusion of the Prophet’s mission and the fulfillment of divine promises.
Surah An Nasr English Translation
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest,
And you see the people entering into the religion of Allah in multitudes,
Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.
